Create your practitioner account on our secure portal. The registration process is fast, and we’ve provided a short video tutorial to walk you through it.

Request Access to Your Client’s Results
Once registered, simply request access to your client’s DNA report via the portal. You can easily find this feature as shown in the guide below for your reference.
Your client will receive a notification on their mobile device prompting them to approve your request. Once they approve, you’ll gain immediate access to their results through your practitioner dashboard.

Review Results with AI Assistance
With access granted, you can explore your client’s genetic results in detail on the portal. Leverage the power of our AI Co-Pilot — an advanced tool that assists you in understanding complex genetic information, making your consultations smoother and more impactful.
